HOW MANY YEARS HAVE YOU BEEN IN BUSINESS?

We have been in business for since 2010.

HOW MANY HOMES DO YOU BUILD IN A YEAR?

We build 30 to 40 homes a year.

ARE YOU LICENSED (WHERE REQUIRED) AND INSURED?

Yes, we are license and insured in all of Alberta through Reliance Insurance.

HOW DO YOU COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHER BUILDERS?

Our specifications are other’s options. You will find that most of our spec items that we offer as standard in your homes would cost extra with other home builders. For example, you will find that our electrical and plumbing fixtures are higher ends, finishes in the house such as trim, kitchen and much more are above the average.

How and when can I make changes or upgrades before and during construction?

We are flexible on changes during the construction process. Please reach out to our office with inquiries.

WHO WILL OVERSEE THE CONSTRUCTION OF MY HOME? WHO SHOULD I CONTACT WITH ANY QUESTION I MAY HAVE?

Our team of experienced staff from coordinators, site superintendents  and project managers will professionally oversee the construction of your home to guarantee quality and schedule. With any questions, please reach out to our main office at 780-758-7550.

How long will it take to build me new home?

The average time to build a new home is between 4 to 6 months depending on size and complexity.

How often (and when) will I have access to the home during the building process?

We offer more walkthroughs than the normal builder. If you wish to visit your home during the construction process, please reach out to our office at 780-758-7550 to set up an appointment.

WHAT TYPE OF NEW HOME WARRANTY DO YOU OFFER?

We offer warranty through Progressive Home Warranty. It includes 10 year warranty in Structural Defect; 5 Year warranty in envelope coverage; 2 year warranty for Mechanical Systems, and 1 year warranty for materials and labour

What's your inspection process at key points of construction, at final walk-through, and to address any matters that need to be corrected or finalized?

We have our own inspection process to ensure that all quality specification are met. Also, we follow the city’s inspection process. And Progressive Home Warranty also performs inspections.
